The finished-sticker screen includes Share and Save actions. Direct sharing is convenient when the app you want appears in the device share sheet. Saving first is useful when you want a copy in the photo gallery, plan to use it more than once, or need to edit or crop it before sending.

Use Share to send the artwork through your device’s share sheet. Use Save when you want to keep it for future chats or posts, then attach it from your photo library just like any other image.

Send the saved sticker as an image attachment

Open the conversation or post composer, choose its photo or attachment control, and select the saved PetToon image. Preview it before sending so you know the correct version is attached. Some apps place images on a colored chat background or compress them, but the cartoon artwork should remain easy to recognize.

If the image is difficult to find, favorite the result in PetToon and save it again, then look among the most recent photos. You can also create a dedicated device album for pet artwork if you make many versions, though album controls belong to the phone’s photo app rather than PetToon.

Use favorites to keep the strongest reactions close

The PetToon gallery has All and Favourites views. Mark the versions you share often, such as a happy greeting, playful reaction, or sleepy sign-off. A short favorite list reduces the time spent comparing nearly identical drawings while a conversation is moving.

Before favoriting, check the small preview size. Messaging images are often seen much smaller than the full artwork. Strong expressions, a clear silhouette, and visible face markings tend to read better than subtle details when the sticker appears in a busy chat.

Respect the privacy of the conversation and the photo

A pet sticker can still reveal a distinctive collar, tag, room, or memory from the original photo, even after it becomes a cartoon. Look at the finished result before posting it publicly. Share only images you are comfortable placing outside a private conversation.

Some messaging apps can turn saved images into native stickers using their own built-in tools. After saving your PetToon artwork, you can use those tools while keeping the original image ready for chats, posts, and future sticker collections.
